When your bank transfer reaches us, you will be sent your reservation information receipt (VOUCHER) and your payment receipt for your payment.
The remaining amount is taken in advance at the entrance and the lease agreement is made.
A damage deposit is taken during check-in. It is returned to the guest after the checks are made on the day of departure.

Damage Deposit: It is a fee received by the company officer after the house control is made at the entrance to the house. At the end of your holiday, before leaving the villa, the company officer checks the house. Unless there is any damage, this fee will be refunded to you at check-out.
